For now, We offer one delivery service - Standard Shipping

 

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If a customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

*P.O Box is not accepted as the shipping address.

 

Standard Shipping is available within the United States of America and Canada. We collaborate with USPS and Canada Post, which helps us maintain stable shipping times and service.

 

 

  1. Shipping Formula

 

We offer Free Standard shipping for all customers.

 

For our USA Customers, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 days for delivery.

Total delivery time = Heading Time(1-2 business days) + Transit Time(1-2 business days) + Custom Clearance Time (3 business days). The processing time varies based on the area you live.

 

For our CA Customers, standard shipping usually takes 7-12 days for delivery.

Total delivery time = Heading Time(1-3 business days) + Transit Time(1-4 business days) + Custom Clearance Time (5 business days). The processing time varies based on the area you live.

 

In some special cases, Elegtime will send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the safety of the transaction, and the package will only be sent after Elegtime received the customer's verification. The order starting date will be the date of the customer's confirmation email, and the customer's response time will not be included in the promised delivery time.

 

  1. Order Process - Two notifications emails

 

Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage. This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and readied for shipment.

Package confirmation: After we package your order and ship it out. The second confirmation email will be sent to you and then your tracking number comes out at the same time.

Need to Know

 

Elegtime is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Elegtime is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance).

 

  1. Duties and Taxes

Tax included in all products. USA and CA customers do not have to pay any extra taxes.

However, local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some states and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties.

We sell our products to customers in the USA and CA,  we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every state. If in doubt, please check with your state's customs office prior to ordering.
