Returns & Refunds

(A) About Return
Orders may be returned up to 90 days after your order ships. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 10-15 business days of being received.
When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. For safety and sanitation concerns, Elegtime will charge a 10% restocking fee for any packaging UNopened product and a 30% restocking fee for any packaging OPENED product. (The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund payment)
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, photos of the return product, and the item you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. (*The return address will be sent to you after we receive your email requesting a return and refund.)
We will not accept a return of any merchandise under the following conditions:
Any product not purchased from elegtime.com;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product;
Any product that exhibits physical damage;
Any product appearance is naturally stained by use;
Warranty period expired;
Order beyond 90 days return policy;
Good to know
There won't be any shipping charge for return and exchange. However, if any returned merchandise does not meet the terms of our policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return. Free return does not include some special area and shipping label that was not provided by Elegtime.
- All returns are subject to evaluation by Elegtime.
(B) About Return Process
Contact us: Contact us and provide your name, order number, the item for exchange or return, photos of the return item, and reasons for your return. Then, we will send you a printable shipping label with instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
Print the return label: Pack your return item(s) properly into the original box, and glue the return label we provided outside the box.
Take the package to a post office near you: Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels. Please Note: Due to the high value of our product, please drop off your package at the nearest post office, DO NOT drop off at the post box. Elegtime will not be responsible for any post box package lost.
We notify you when we get it: We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.
Getting your refund: Your refund will be issued to your original payment soon after we checked your package met the return standard. Please allowed 10-15 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account(the refund processing time may vary from bank to bank).
*PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on elegtime.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at Amazon, Shopee, or an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
(C) Defect Products
Elegtime's products will be carefully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure each product's quality, but there might still be some chance products are damaged in transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of it for evidence and send it to the customer service representatives, our customer service representatives will prepare a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Meanwhile, please send back the damaged product to help us locate the problem and avoid the mistake from happening again.
(D) Cancel Order
Simply contact our customer support representative at email@example.com to cancel your order.
Free cancelation for products hasn't been shipped.
For products that have been shipped and with original packaging, our customer support representative will send you an address to return the product at the customer's own expense.
Cancelation filed after delivery will consider a returned product and follow the return policy.
(E) About Price Match
We will offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:
Price adjustment can only be made within 7 days of the date of your order delivery.
If we can make an adjustment, your price difference will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Clearance and Final Sale merchandises are not eligible for price match adjustment.
(F) About Refund
Upon receiving and checking the returned product is in good condition, the price of the order would be refunded to your original payment within 10-15 business days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is still not shown in your bank account. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted, and then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
